2024 Baby Mac's BBQ Smoker Challenge Judge Application
Attendees will witness the mastery of grillers and smokers as they vie for top honors in four exciting categories:
Ancillary Appetizer: Contestants will showcase their culinary creativity with innovative appetizers prepared onsite.
Chicken: Featuring succulent thighs prepared to perfection, this category is sure to impress judges and spectators alike.
Ribs: From pork spare ribs to baby back ribs, competitors will deliver fall-off-the-bone goodness that will leave taste buds wanting more.
Pulled Pork: Indulge in the savory goodness of pulled pork crafted from Boston butt or picnic cuts, expertly seasoned and slow-cooked to perfection.
Competitors will bring their A-game, each aiming to claim the title of BBQ champion and a share of the coveted prize pool. With an entry fee of $50.00, participants not only compete but also contribute to a charitable cause, with $10.00 of each entry directed towards supporting A Wish Come True Inc.’s mission of granting wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses.
