About this event

The 2021 Otter River Tailgate Barbecue Contest will be a two-category barbecue cooking contest to determine Grand Champion.
This is a one-day, two-category (chicken wings & pork ribs) tailgate contest.

There is also a Junior Q contest.

The Otter River Sportsman’s Club burned down several years ago and re-build was very expensive, so your participation is greatly appreciated
