BBQ Cooking Fundamentals Tips & Tricks
Day 1: Learn to cook ribs and chicken wings (honds-on) on several different types/styles of smokers. Pork and Brisket will be also covered in the classroom only. The class is taught by award-winning competition pitmasters, but geared toward backyard cooks that want to step up their game. Learn about the proper use of BBQ equipment, and how to leverage rubs, brines, and sauces to get the best from your barbecue.
Cost: $100 (NEBS Members), $145 (Non-members, includes a 1yr membership)

This event is intended for backyard cooks, not experienced cooks on the competition circuit. Persons that have participated in several NEBS contests, or KCBS Master Series events as a head cook or formal team member (contributing towards the preparation or cooking) are not eligible.
