Rutland, VT - April 5, 2024 - Get ready to fire up your taste buds and toast to summer as the 2nd Annual BBQ & Brew Festival makes its triumphant return to the Vermont State Fairgrounds on June 22nd and 23rd.

Organized by Green Mountain Event Production, this year's festival promises to be bigger and better than ever, offering attendees a mouthwatering experience for all the senses. From the irresistible aroma of sizzling barbecue to the refreshing taste of craft brews, guests will embark on a culinary journey like no other.
Featuring a lineup of top BBQ vendors, beloved food trucks, and an impressive selection of craft beers, the festival will showcase the best flavors that Vermont has to offer. Attendees can sample a variety of BBQ dishes, enjoy live music performances, and participate in fun activities such as cornhole tournaments throughout the weekend.
But the highlight of the event is undoubtedly the BBQ cook-off competitions. Pitmasters from near and far will go head-to-head in categories including chicken, ribs, and pulled pork, vying for the title of Grand Champion. There's even a special Kids Q competition where young chefs can showcase their culinary skills with a classic comfort food twist - mac & cheese! Prize pools available up to $5,000 (minimum teams required and based on team participation )
